Waterjet cutting is an inherently more environmentally responsible method to cut materials. Precision Waterjet Concepts built its facilities and operates all processes focused on clean, energy-efficient operations. The process produces no smoke, hazardous fumes or hazardous waste.

Heat generated by our machines is recycled into heat to warm our building during our Minnesota winters. This also reduces our fossil fuel use and lowers operating costs for more efficient operations on your project.

Our secondary machinery allows us to reduce our water consumption by 75 - 80% compared to other stand-alone waterjet cutting systems. We also filter water from our well before feeding it through our machinery, and safely return the filtered water to the ground. We test our discharge water to ensure its environmental safety.
